Can you believe March is here?!

With spring just around the corner, it's time to make the most of the ski resorts while the snow is still here! I don't know about you, but spring skiing is my favorite! A bluebird, 35 degree day?

Yes, please.

If you have Ski Cooper passes, there's a chance you've already visited Granby Ranch, a partner resort. We visited Granby Ranch for the first time and were delighted with the family-friendly slopes and updated amenities. If you, like us, love a smaller resort, it would be worth checking out if you find yourself that way!

Love skiing but ready for something new?!

If you haven't seen Leadville Ski Joring, you're missing out! Along Harrison Avenue this weekend you will find crowds ready to watch this action-packed sport where a horse and rider race down the main drag, pulling a skier who’s holding onto a rope. As the horse gallops, the skier soars over ramps while attempting to spear rings. It's as crazy as it sounds.

Looking for an excuse to stay close to home this weekend?

This weekend is a special one! High Country Fine Arts is hosting Disney's Aladdin KIDS on both Saturday and Sunday at 6:30 PM. The performance will be held at Darren Patterson Christian Academy and admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students and children three and under are FREE! Bring the family, arrive early (the shows will sell out!) and prepare for an evening of laughter!

My friend, Amy, and I enjoying a beautiful walk last summer! Ready for more of these!

With warmer weather ahead, I'm dreaming of getting back out onto the trails and going on evening walks. If you're looking for a reason to get moving outside again, consider registering for a local race! One Love Endurance, a local organization gathering people who love the great outdoors, is hosting a St.Patrick's themed 4 Miler and Kids Fun Run on March 18th. Whether you consider yourself a runner or a walker, you're welcome to participate!

You know what they say about March - In like a lion, out like a lamb.

I hope as the seasons change, you find yourself enjoying every bit of the in between.

Until next time!
